The Right Start - BeerTaps 101

You make your own beer, now you can make your own beer tap. Learn basic between center woodturning in the morning and spend the afternoon designing and turning custom taps for your home kegerator. Have a logo designed? We'll even help you with custom labels. Instructors: Mark & Nancy Supik

8:30 AM meet your classmates. Coffee. Donuts from Hoehn's.
9:00 AM to Noon. Lathe operation, woodturning safety. Use of the roughing gouge, spindle gouge & parting tool.
Noon to 1 pm. Lunch provided from DiPasquale's Market
1 pm to 5 pm. Beer tap design, turning & labeling.

Students are provided with the safety equipment, an individual lathe and set of tools to use during the workshop. All project materials provided. Class size is limited to 6. Cost is $150 for the all day workshop, $50 deposit required to hold your space, refundable up to one week prior to class.
